All items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail with shipping confirmation. This usually takes 2-3 business days. If you require your order to be shipped sooner, please indicate that when ordering. Purchaser is resposible for the cost of expedited shipping.

Jewelry Care:

All jewelry is made using quality materials and made to last. However, jewelry should be handled with care. Beads are fragile and can break if dropped on hard surfaces. Clasps can get loose or break.

Please contact me if any of your Elements by Lori jewelry is in need of a repair, major (i.e., entire piece) or minor (i.e., need new clasp). Repair costs are typically between $10 - 20 depending upon the complexity of work and time it takes to fix the jewelry. Before working on the repair you will be notified of the cost. If you have other jewelry that needs repair, I'm happy to work with you on those pieces as well.

Regularly polish sterling silver with a sterling silver cloth to keep it from oxidizing (turning color). You can find these cloth at any local jewelry shop. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.

Sometimes you're just not sure what your friend, significant other, mom or grandma really wants. Why not order a gift certificate and have them design the jewelry of their choice! Skirts and dresses can also be purchased with a gift certificate.
